Deploying a Web Copilot

Put a Sarj agent on your website that answers visitors, guides them through your pages and completes requests for them.

A web copilot is a Sarj agent that lives on your website. It answers visitors' questions, guides them to the right page or form, and can complete requests directly, such as booking an appointment or checking an order, without sending them to a call centre.

What a copilot can do

Answer

Questions about products, policies and services, from the content you approve.

Guide

Take visitors to the right page or step and help them through forms.

Act

Complete requests in your systems once the visitor is verified.

Hand over

Pass the conversation to your team, with full context, when a person is needed.

Text and voice

Visitors can type or speak. The copilot understands Arabic dialects, MSA and English, and answers in the language the visitor uses.

Adding it to your site

The copilot is added to your website with a small embed provided by your Sarj deployment team, who also agree with you where it appears, how it looks and which pages it can guide visitors to.

Brand and placement

Match the copilot's look to your site and decide which pages show it. Many teams start on support and pricing pages.

Signed-in visitors

If visitors are signed in, the copilot can use that session to act on their account, so they do not have to identify themselves again.

Going further in your app

Inside your mobile app, the same agent can drive the screen as it talks, showing each step as it happens. See In-app Screen Sync.
